Delivery and Prices:

Orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days of your order being placed.

UK Orders; £4.50 (standard UK including Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland; excludes BFPO)

All UK orders are sent out via Royal Mail tracked and signed for.  So a signature is require upon receipt of the order.

At the checkout it is possible to leave delivery instructions but please note that this is at the discretion of Royal Mail. If you are not in when Royal Mail deliver your order, they will leave a note instructing you that your order has been taken to a local delivery collection office and will be waiting for your collection.

Overseas Europe; £12.00

Overseas deliveries are sent via recorded post.  Delivery to EU countries will take 3-6 working days.

Overseas; Rest of the World; £20.00

Deliveries to non EU countries will have VAT deducted. There may be local import duties to be paid on receipt of goods that Needle is not liable for. Delivery to any other country outside of the UK and EU will take 5-8 working days.

You can return your purchase to us for a refund or exchange within 14 days if receiving the purchase. Our returns policy means items must be returned to us in their original condition for a refund or exchange. The product returned must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with labels properly attached.

Please enclose the filled out returns form with your returned parcel so we know how to process it.

Your refund can only be credited to the original payment card. We do not refund postage costs on items returned to us. Please give us up to ten business days for us to refund to your original payment card.

Faulty item:

If you did receive an item that is faulty we would be very quick to help fix the situation as we would be keen to rectify and we will immediately offer to repair a faulty item. However, if you’d like to exchange it, please know that we can only swap it for the same product in the same colour, subject to availability. And if we can’t repair or exchange it, we’ll admit defeat and send you a full refund or a suitable replacement.

Returning A Gift:

Please note that items bought as presents can only be refunded to the original payer, however, we are more than happy to offer another item for exchange for the goods as long as the value of the item is the same or greater than the original. Details of the original purchaser must be provided.

Cancelling your order under the distance selling regulations

In the EU, you have the right to cancel your order with Needle Knitwear under the special consumer protection (distance selling) regulations 2000 (DSRs). Please provide us with written notice within seven working days of receipt of your order. Also, get in touch – you must notify our customer care team in writing of your wish to cancel the contract for your order. Do this by either contacting us or write to us at: Online Customer Service, Needle Knitwear Ltd, Caw House, Leeming Bar Industrial Estate, Northallerton, North Yorks, DL7 9UJ If we receive that notice, we can arrange to have the order collected from you at your cost. On receipt of your notice of contract cancellation, our customer care team will send through some instructions on how to return your item(s) to Needle Knitwear Ltd (nothing too complicated, promise.) Please remember: these knits mean a lot to us. You will need to take good care of any items in your possession to receive a full refund including shipping costs, which will be with you, in your account, within 30 days from receiving your notice of contract cancellation. Please make sure you request proof of sending, just in case we need to know when and where the item was sent from. All shoppers based within the EU may return unwanted item(s) by exercising their rights under the distance selling regulations (DSR.) We also offer a standard returns policy which covers returns or exchange of any unwanted item(s). For orders cancelled under the DSRs, the refunded amount will include shipping costs.

Offers & Discounts:

When returning goods on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.

Sale Returns:

During our sale period we will happily offer an exchange or refund on items returned within 7 days of receipt.
